Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) Arbitration Centre – Mediation Panel

In September 2021, Anthony was invited to join the ADGM Arbitration Centre inaugural panel of mediators. This follows the enactment by the UAE on 29 April 2021 of Federal Law No. 6 of 2021 on Mediation in Civil and Commercial Disputes which provides a framework which is likely to encourage mediation for resolving commercial disputes. ADGM has reacted positively to these changes by creating an impressive panel of experienced international and domestic mediators.
