ACMA Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators
The News Media and Digital Platform Mandatory Bargaining Code (Code), commenced on 3 March 2021. Under the Code, the Australian Communications and Media Authority’s (ACMA) responsibilities include establishing and maintaining registers of bargaining code arbitrators and mediators (Registers) from which the ACMA may appoint arbitrators to an arbitral panel or mediators to a mediation if and when required.
On 6 April 2022, Anthony was appointed to the register of bargaining code arbitrators and mediators.
