Anthony Lo Surdo SC appointed as Acting Racing Appeals Tribunal

Anthony Lo Surdo SC has, upon the recommendation of the Attorney-General, the Hon. Mark Speakman SC MP, been appointed by the Hon Paul Toole MP, Minister for Racing, as Acting Racing Appeals Tribunal under s 7 of the Racing Appeals Tribunal Act 1983 for a term of three years, commencing 4 February 2019. The tribunal hears appeals relating to thoroughbred racing, greyhound racing and harness racing in NSW.
