Court of Arbitration for Sport
The International Council of Arbitration for Sport (ICAS) has appointed me as an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) (general list and the football list) and as a CAS mediator.
The CAS, created in 1984, is an institution independent of any sports organisation which provides services to facilitate the resolution of sports-related disputes through arbitration or mediation by means of procedural rules adapted to the specific needs of the sports world.
The CAS has around 330 arbitrators from 87 countries, chosen for their specialist knowledge of arbitration and sports law.
The CAS head office is in Lausanne, Switzerland with regional offices in Sydney and New York.
