The Singapore Convention on Mediation

Anthony Lo Surdo was recently commissioned by the Law Society of NSW Journal to write a piece on the Singapore Convention on Mediation.

It has been published in the latest issue of the LSJ and can be accessed here: https://lawsociety.cld.bz/LSJ-October-2019/70/.

The article examines the key elements of the Convention, analyses some early criticisms of it and make a strong and viable case for Australia to join our major trading partners, the USA and China, along with 44 other countries who have signed up to it.
