University of Adelaide – Guest Lecture

Anthony Lo Surdo SC was a guest speaker at the Professional Certificate in Arbitration course jointly offered by the Resolution Institute and the Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics at the University of Adelaide on 14 August 2024.

He drew on his extensive experience in arbitration, in particular, as an experienced sports arbitrator including as an arbitraor with the Court of Arbitration for Sport in addressing students on a wide-range of topics and issues encountered in the resolution of disputes in sport.

Included in his lecture was an examination of the jurisdiction of the National Sports Tribunal and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
